If you wish to remain anonymous, the portal protects you with a number of security precautions, and you should also observe the following points:

  • To avoid inadvertently revealing your identity, it is safer to submit your request via a private PC and outside the company network.
  • If possible, access the portal directly and do not click on links from external sites or in e-mails.
  • Make sure that you have a secure Internet connection and access the site via SSL encryption.
  • Do not enter any personal data, such as your name or other data that could be used to identify you. This also applies to uploading voice messages and/or other files to describe your consultation request.

    Files may contain hidden metadata; our system automatically removes them before sending. Certain peculiarities (e.g. pixel errors of a camera) may nevertheless allow conclusions to be drawn about the origin of the file and thus about your identity.

    After you have sent the message, you will receive a 16-digit code. Make a note of this. With this ID and a password of your choice, you can access your enquiry via the initial page [LINK https://uni-wue.share-a-hint.com/?lang=en] and can communicate with us anonymously.

    If you lose your personal ID, it will no longer be possible to access your counselling request.

    You will receive a response to your enquiry within 4 working days at the latest.
